Susan Peterson was inspired by Mark Hughes, the founder of Herbalife, to achieve the highest levels in Herbalife and becomealll she could be not only professionally, but personally. Susan feels that Herbalife has truly blessed her, "It's amazing, my kids have been to just about every major city in the world!" Susan has multiple homes and is moving to the center of the 4th largest city in the USA, Houston, Texas. "It is where I grew up and the place I wanted to return. The moutain community was great for the kids but this fall they are entering University to continue their academics and it was an easy decision for me to move "home" close to family adn old friends." It's a quick trip by air to the Colorado home so Susan has the best of both worlds. "I enjoy a life of dreams fufilled, but the best part is sharing the experiences, the travel, the good fortune with the people I love. I can never thank the company and the people who have walked the road ahead of me enough," Susan adds. "They have all contributed to who I am, and where I am. i am incredibly blessed"

Hungarian flatwater canoeing athlete Attila Vajda captured the gold in the men’s 1000-meter canoe singles on Friday, August 22, winning Hungary’s first gold medal of the games at Beijing. Attila, 25, told reporters that during the race he drew inspiration from the memory of his friend, two-time Olympian Gyorgy Kolonics, who died while training for the 2008 Games. He said, “It was a tough race, but he was with me throughout until the last 50. From there on, I didn’t need him.” Attila paddled to victory ahead of the competition, crossing the finish line in 3 minutes, 50.467 seconds.

Attila, who was selected by his coach as the “secret weapon” of the Athens Olympics, previously took home the bronze in the men’s 1000-meter canoe singles in the 2004 Games, and in 2006 won the national title at the World Championships held in Duisburg, Germany.
