The Important of Fruits & vegetables

As the summer rapidly approaches, I am wishing you all the best of health. You have probably heard me say on many occasions to eat your fruits vegetables everyday. The health ministers in most countries recommend at least FIVE servings of fruits and vegetable everday. Working with Dr. David Heber at UCLA for twenty years, I have grown to understand that we need more. We recommend SEVEN servings of fruits and vegetables so that the plant nutrients can be absorbed and moreover to give more variety. If you can not eat enough, try supplementing with antioxidant rich tablets or capusules from plant nutrients or extracts. These supplements can help bridge the gap in nutrition especially for those of you on the go.

If you can eat more than SEVEN servings, even better, but try to focus on the seven.
